  • What locations do you ship to?

    We ship internationally to most countries with DHL International Standard and DHL Express International for the fastest option.

    For shipment outside of the shipping destinations please reach out via the contact form.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?

    Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    You can check your estimated delivery time on our shipping and return page.

  • Can I track the status of my order?

    Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

  • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

    We do not offer this service.

  • How long does it take for a made-to-order item to be shipped?

    For made-to-order items please allow 14 - 20 working days for processing your order.

  • Can I return my order?

    Due to the handmade nature of these individual pieces, we do not accept returns. Please purchase mindfully.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    You can place your order via Credit card and Apple Pay.

  • Can i order custom pieces outside the available made-to-order released pieces?

    Yes. For custom orders please reach out via the contact form.

  • Where are the pieces made?

    The pieces and the latex skins are all made by hand individually, as either commissioned pieces or selected pieces that are available in small releases as made-to-order.

    Each piece is made by the artist Janine Grosche.
