SHIPPING

What locations do you ship to?

We ship within Germany with DHL Standard and within the EU with DHL International Standard.

How much does shipping cost?

Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?

Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We do not offer this service.

How do I return my order?

Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns. Please purchase mindfully.

How long does it take for a made-to-order item to be shipped?

All items are made-to-order, please allow 14 - 20 working days for for processing your order.

Can i order custom pieces outside the available made-to-order released pieces?

For custom orders please reach out via the contact form.

How do I know which size is right for me?

Where are the pieces made?

The pieces are all made by hand, in either custom orders or as made-to-order releases in small quantities. Each item is made by the artist Janine Grosche.
